Duncan Insurance & Mortgage Service Ltd is a family run business with over 60 years’ experience of working with local clients. We offer a personal service that provides solutions for homebuyers, including customers who have previously had difficulty in getting mortgages.
The People
The two key partners in the business are father and son John and Phil Duncan. Their wealth of knowledge of the Mortgage and Insurance markets has helped their clients for over 60 years.
Phil Duncan:
Phil has extensive knowledge of the modern-day mortgage market and has been key to the growth of the business over the last 25 years.
John Duncan:
John has been offering financial advice and guidance for the past 40 years and has extensive experience across a wide range of financial services.
Charlie Duncan:
Charlie is part of our growing team of consultants and advisers who offer our clients a full range of services in the Protection Market. His flexibility allows him to visit clients at times which suit and are convenient to them.

Our fees:
We do not charge a fee for a residential mortgage. We charge an administration fee for processing each of your mortgage applications and our fees only become payable if/when you decide to go ahead with an application.
